1st Line Support Administrator – Are you ready to step into a dynamic and collaborative work environment? They are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a 1st Line Support Administrator.

Spider is supporting a company who provide top-notch cloud telephone and video conference systems across Cambridge, East Anglia, and the South East. They recently celebrated 20 years in business! They are dedicated to solving customers' communication challenges with a personable and tailored approach. Their latest venture includes collaborating with Chesterfield FC, who are using their cutting-edge Wildix platform.

As a 1st Line Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

Answering incoming phone inquiries related to support and sales
Providing 1st line support by logging faults on the ticketing system
Handling basic paperwork, including creating orders and support agreements
Assisting with customer care calls and general housekeeping to ensure customer files are up to date
Supporting the existing admin team with various tasks

About You:

You will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility is key, as you will be covering additional responsibilities during holiday periods and must be comfortable working with digital ticketing systems and managing basic admin tasks. Professionalism and a keen interest in learning are essential.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm, offering a salary of £23,750 per annum. With 20 days of holiday (plus 1 day accrual per year served, capped at 25 days per annum). This is a permanent position with an immediate start.
