1st Line Service Desk Support

Harvey Nash is proud to be working with an independent clinical and compliance services organization in the UK and one of their missions is helping to improve patients health and safety.

The nature of their business demands them providing quality service to their customers and they would require an experienced 1st Line Service Desk Support staff to help in providing IT assistance to their staff.

Our client has a good track record of rewarding hard work with opportunities of furthering ones career.

The duties include:

First point of contact for customers, delivering a professional service to meet customers needs.
Provide first line support by diagnosing / resolving incidents and escalating incidents.
Provisioning of laptops and smartphones. Prepare devices for new starters and for replacement.
Use of Service Desk Plus is desirable
Experience supporting Office 365, Windows 10 and Microsoft Teams will be desirable.

This is a hybrid role (1-2days in the office) and their office is located in Richmond in Yorkshire (DL10)

It is for an initial 6months contract, with great potential of extension or being made permanent.
