1st Line Service Desk Engineer
£20,000 – £26,000


Supporting the Service Desk in a 1st Line capacity
Collaborating with your team and the escalation team to find a resolution for your clients
Supporting their growing base of small-to-medium clients
Ensuring infrastructure and critical services are running smoothly.
Being the first point of contact for the varied client base
Providing technical support in a clear and communicative wayRequired Skills:

Active Directory
Office 365
Windows Server
Great communication skills
Strong 1st Line IT knowledgeCompany Benefits:
