1st line IT Support Engineer: Cambridge Sceince Park

To be responsible for providing routine IT support for users and daily IT functions including Active Directory, O365, Web Services. While reporting the group IT Manager the IT Support Engineer will also participate in special projects, such as office computer equipment moves, repair/maintenance of printers and PCs, installation and configuration of desktops and laptops.

Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer will include :

Responding to Helpdesk requests and first line support
Ordering supplies, maintaining IT stock and dealing with multiple vendors
Conduct IT inductions with new starters
Ensure the network is monitored, maintained and status communicated to all employees
Qualifications and Experience required:

Full driving licence
2+ Years experience supporting Windows
Knowledge of PC hardware, printers etc
MS Office suite & O365
Supporting Networked Desktops and Laptops
Knowledge of Active Directory (Account Creation, Unlocking Accounts, and Group Permissions)
Troubleshooting network connectivity
