Role: 1st Line IT Support

Salary £23k-£26k Depending on Experience

Location Mansfield

Hours – Working shifts on a rota basis from 6am – 10pm (1 in 3 weekends)

We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Coordinator for a busy Mansfield based organisation.

Working in a fast paced and varied role, you will be providing Technical support to business clients and escalating more complex issues to internal departments and third parties as well as:

First point of contact for all client technical issues
Coordinating and resolving issue from call to completion
Updating the client on progress and timescales
Logging and recording all issues
Assigning calls to engineers and 3rd parties
Providing excellent customer service
Creating standard documentation on problem resolution and fixesThe ideal candidate for the 1st Line IT Support role will have:

Experience within a fast faced customer service role
Ability to work on their own, as part of a team, and under pressure
Good time management and ability to prioritise
An interest in problem-solving with hardware, operating systems, and software packages
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
