Systems Administrator
Metropolitan are a team of more than 1,300 colleagues working to
provide affordable housing, care and support and community
regeneration services.

opportunity to provide services to YOUR local community and we are on
the hunt for some fresh talent to join our team and be instrumental in
our success.
Job purpose:
To provide functional, technical and administrative support to users
of Metworks operations systems (Northgate, DRS, Kirona) and equipment

Main accountabilities
Act as the prime interface between IT services and Metworks for
functional support and analysis. Respond to user support calls,
resolve issues and communicate progress in issues raised and service
delivery to minimise disruption to users
Raising and managing tickets to Northgate / Kirona when technical
issues arise
Continually demonstrate an understanding and commitment to Customer

Key experience and qualifications required
Demonstrable working knowledge of Northgate Housing Management, DRS
module, JobManager, and mobile devices
Proven ability to prioritise workload to meet conflicting priorities
and deadlines with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Level 4 IT qualification (HNC / HND) or equivalent, demonstrable
SQL knowledge / willingness to train
