Jonathan Lee Recruitment is excited to be working with an organisation supporting the Aerospace sector with data solutions who are looking for a Software Developer to focus on  developing Windows-based software with C#/.Net. The role will be based out of their site in the West Drayton area working to a hybrid working model of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

This is a new role for the organisation in line with their growth. The position is taking over from a interim resource in the US. There will be some travel to the US as part of the role but this won't account for more than 10% of the role and is project dependant.

In this Software Development role, you will build and implement functional programs and work with the Readout Services team throughout the software development life cycle. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that provide data reporting solutions to the aeroplanes.

To give you an idea of how this Software Developer role might look and feel, here are a few areas you can expect to work in:

Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts,
Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications,
Integrate software components and third-party programs,
Verify and deploy programs and systems,
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software,
Gather and evaluate user feedback,
The successful Software Developer candidate will have at least 3 years of experience developing Windows-based software with C#/.Net and developing Client/Server applications with .Net. You will also require:

2+ years of ASSP.NET WEB development experience using the XAML pattern
2+ years of developing software using the MVVM Pattern experience
1+ years of database integration with MS SQL and SQLite experience
1+ experience working with .NET Entity Framework
Programming experience with Anrlr, GRPC, JSON, XML, and Telerik Windows Framework is a plus
