SAP Functional Analyst – Deployment – Support – Configuration

Our client, a British multinational and FTSE 100 company are seeking an experienced SAP Professional to join their growing SAP Business Information Services team.

The SAP Functional Analyst will join my clients Order-to-Cash (OtC) support team; reporting to the OtC Functional Lead and will provide on-going functional and development support for the OtC business solutions to ensure that current and future business requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing in-depth technical / business process advice for Order-to-Cash (OtC).
Fully engaging with the process to transition the Unify solution into the SAP CoE.
Providing 2nd level support to the business users via tickets received from the Service Desk – including service, incident and change requests. These are to be managed according to the service levels agreed with the Application Manager and Service Manager.
Providing 3rd level configuration support as required.
Providing support for normal business operation.
Working actively with the Super User community to encourage knowledge transfer, skills improvement and process improvement.
Escalating decisions that require Functional Lead and / or Solution Architect input.

Candidate Requirements:

Be an experienced SAP professional who has worked in a support/deployment environment for SAP systems with previous involvement in at least one SAP roll-out, along with significant experience of SAP configuration.
Have experience within the SD module including one or more of: quotations, contracts, scheduling agreements, sales orders, sales order based coverage, deliveries, billing, billing with metal, transport management, pricing, transfer pricing, intercompany billing, plants abroad, foreign trade or customer masters.
