IT Help Desk Support Analyst – Banbury – £25k
Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading Software House in Banbury to recruit an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their team. They are looking for someone who can support their clients IT issues and their software products and once trained, be a super-user with their products and can advise customers to deal with any technical issues that arise. We are looking for someone who will be supporting clients by phone, email and remote desktop so great communication skills are essential. This will be a great role for someone with at least 2 years experience working on an IT Helpdesk or Software Helpdesk and training and wants to work for a growing and successful company. Training will be provided to get you quickly up to speed with their products and you will become a super-user so can advise their customers how to get the most out of their products and deal with any technical issues. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and over time pick up knowledge of other Microsoft desktop and server technologies.
To be considered you will have at least 2 years experience in an IT Helpdesk or IT Technical Customer Support role either in a Software or IT Support company. You must be pickup and learn detailed technical knowledge of their software products and document and track any issues using their CRM systems. You must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose any common Windows user issues and basic networking problems. Finally you must have excellent communication skills.
