Field Service Engineer – Epsom
£40k-£45k + Car Allowance + Bens
Our client a Microsoft Gold Partner are recognised as being one of the leading IT Support Companies in the UK. Based out of South London they have an urgent requirement for a Field Service Engineer to support a burgeoning customer base.
The role will include but not be limited to: Support and maintenance of computer networks at all levels, both on customer site and from time to time at company HQ, office via their Help Desk.
* To provide specialist technical support to my clients customer base and assisting team members on other IT and Telco installations and jobs
* Ensuring SLA's are adhered to on support calls
To apply to this role Service Engineers are required to:
Have installation and troubleshooting experience with Server 2008/12/16 and Exchange 2010/13/16. Be capable of installing a new firewall reliably and securely (ZyXel and Cisco Meraki). Posses a valid MCSA or above – (MCSE/A 2008 accredited candidates will be considered if you are eager to update ASAP)
It is likely that the successful Field Service Engineer will have a proven and recent track record working for either: an IT Solutions Provider/Managed Service Provider or IT Reseller.
Candidates are required a full UK Drivers License and have access to a car.
