Working for a Marketing Solutions and Customer Communications Provider you will be serving customers in a wide range of markets including, retail, financial services, travel, automotive, leisure and the public sector.
Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer requests and ensuring that all customer orders meet the highest possible standard at all times. By adhering to SLA’s for the jobs being delivered, you will be expected to improve department efficiency whilst continuously improving the quality of service offered.
Maintaining digital and finishing equipment is an integral part of your role therefore, having the ability to ensure that full machine capacity is utilised and safety standards are followed is imperative.
You should be available for flexible shift working as well as having the ability to operate digital mono/colour printers, review job instructions in order to prepare jobs for printing which requires you to be able to work in a high volume and demanding environment. You will be expected to carry out on-going quality checks to ensure it meets internal ISO quality standards and customer needs.
Having knowledge of digital colour, finishing equipment, wire binding and booklet making will come hand in hand with this role.
Preferably, you will come from a printing, digital media or I.T. background who works as a team player with exceptional work habits
