Call Handler

Our client based in Poole is looking for a temporary call handler, the role will hopefully go permanent.

Salary £16,000 – £18,000 p.a.

This opportunity is available to those who have experience in IT support or for someone with strong customer service experience who is keen to learn and happy to work in a techy environment where there could be progression.

As a Call handler, you will perform a key role in answering inbound calls and logging new support cases accordingly, resolving any software queries and escalating any issues.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, friendly and outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills, be a self-starter and work well alone or as part of a team.

Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm, Friday’s 9am – 5pm.
