Main Purpose of Role:
We are looking for a talented AEM Solution Architect to join our DCX (Digital Customer Experience) Practice The right person enjoys working as part of a team, and would like opportunities to grow and develop their skillset across the board. To be successful you will be highly motivated to achieve the common goal and have a strong focus on quality. Our people enjoy working as part of a dedicated team and liaising closely with internal stakeholders such as our Engineers and Architects, Product and Marketing teams, Project Managers, Customer Support and Account Managers to deliver our Integrated Talent Management software solution.
•You will be part of development team to design and develop a large scale web-based platform written and hosted Open Source technologies
•Involved in the design and implement solutions based on Adobe AEM
•Convert the client provided content into AEM content
•Doing design and improve solutions around Adobe AEM solution
•Prototypes interactive interfaces with multiple states and roles
•Conducts user testing and reporting on the outcomes
•Designs consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple devices
•Excellent understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud Services.
•Experience building with Adobe Experience Manager/CQ5.
•Strong technical expertise and experience with Adobe AEM product suite, including AEM, CRX, Target, and DAM. Have successfully architected and implemented AEM solutions to the marketing, work flows, applications and web site needs.
•AEM versions: AEM 5.6.1, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2
•Experience in architecting applications, templates, and components for the Adobe AEM product (WCM, DAM,CRX).
•Firewalls, network diagnostic tools, RHEL.
•Experience in a fast paced Agile Scrum Delivery Team environment
•Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with a creative approach
•Self-motivated and organized – an ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction
•Robust communications skills with an open and honest attitude
•Strong attention to detail
•Ability to own issues and follow through on solutions and projects
•High levels of oral and written communication skills
•Ability to follow instructions, be organized and work autonomously in a global team
•Hard worker able to manage deadlines and priorities
•Strong Task and Time Management.
•Preferred – knowledge of Barclays technology stack (current/previous employee)
•AA or BS Degree, or studies, in Computer Science, IT
•Relevant work experience could substitute for educational qualifications
Location and travel:
Whilst you will have London as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles will involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
